Run With Fashion

Hi guys!

This post/video is long time over due, I was supposed to post it in January, I actually filmed it over January, and saved it to my pc, and I was going to edit it out. But then uni started, and with a surprise, I got a mac (whoop) for my digital illustration class, and I quickly had to install it to get on with my assignments, so I didn't get to transfer my files from my pc to my mac, until months later, when I had some free time. I then edited my video on iMovie (yayyyyyyyy!!!!) lol, it has always been a dream to use iMovie, so yeah I couldn't believe I finally have it, and I still can't believe I have it, I'm pretty grateful. ^^ So yeah, I finally had some free time to edit and post the video up on youtube and make this post!

So, Born Pretty Store sent me bowknot rhinestones to make a review for, and I have to say, they're so CUTE!!! They're also really small, I will admit, for some reason, it was kinda hard to come up with some designs, but I managed to come up with this design, which is pretty simple looking and easy to do! :)
I absolutely love the bowknot rhinestones on my nails, they give shine and bling which makes it super fun for your nails! :D

I didn't get any presents, but I bought these two make up products from Sephora last month for myself. :)

I wanted to emphasize it's cuteness by making this lil stop motion lol *squeeee* ♥

I bought this Hello Kitty - An Apple A Day Lip Balm Trio for 20$ @ Sephora (sold out) and

I.REGRET.NOTHING! :D LOL

I won't normally spent this much on make up, buuuut I couldn't say NO TO THIS! The lip balm packaging is SUPER CUTE and the COLORS, I was honestly SOLD on the saturation of the colors!

At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the lip balm trio, because of the price lol, buuuut when I tried the nude color (I'm usually wary of nude colors, because they never really look good on me, they make me look washed out or sickly lookin, because I'm fair skinned, so I usually stay away from nudes), but LOW AND BEHOLD, THIS NUDE HAD ME!

That's right, it took me a NUDE to get me to buy this trio set! LOL

One test try on my hand and I was like :O OMG THIS NUDE COLOR! IT'S SO GOOD! It went nicely against my skin color, it was just a nice balance, it looks like a nude that will fit anyone, I just fell in love with it, and couldn't believe I FOUND a nude that FINALLY FITS ME! :D

So with that being said, I'm very happy I bought this, and can't to wear these lovely colors!

♥

I will be doing a review in the next coming wks, so keep an eye out for it! :)

♥

Btw, this is my FIRST Hello Kitty Anniversary item I ever bought at Sephora, and booooy oh boy...I don't think it will be my last. I told Anna the other day, "I think every yr I wanna but at least 1 item from the Hello Kitty Anniversary from Sephora, I think they're worth it" LOL. *Sniff sniff* I smell a collection coming on, lol.

Sephora Collection - VIP Pass Eye shadow Palette (sold out)

This was an unexpected buy, I bought this eye shadow palette for 10$ and well, I just couldn't put it down! I reallly loved the packaging, I thought it was cute, and also loved the swatches. I did swatches on my fingers and they looked pigmented so I thought, why the hell not, I'll just risk it and buy it, Anna got one too lol. *Twin buys* lol :)
As I said above, I stay away from nudes and even so neutrals, I'm not a fan of neutral colors for make up, they just never show up on me, and I find them boring, I don't know, I never got into them. I much prefer BLACK FOR SURE and color! :D
♥
So I can't wait to play around with this palette and do a review, hopefully it will be decent. ^^'

It's Monday and I hope you guys have a sweet tooth! ;)

The BFF Girls :)

I clipped my doll base onto polyvore and put together outfits for them. It is so much fun, I feel like a big kid, like you have noooo idea! :D

Did you guys ever play a dress up game online?

What do you think of my fashion dolls?

They're everywhere....

I actually made a flower crown in high school in my floral design class, and at that time it wasn't in trend or popular or anything. But it wasn't made out of actual flowers, it was made of ribbons, wires & floral tape.

I loved it and enjoyed making it.♥

But, this flower crown trend, hmmm I don't know, I don't hate it nor do I don't love it. I just feel like it's a lil overrated for me, every girl is wearing a flower crown it seems and what's worse, is that the flower crowns look alike. It's BORING! >.< I did like one flower crown over the spring, it was black fake flowers that had spikes, that was cool and different, FINALLY!

So last night, I was thinking that I wanted to get back to making diy crafty things. And I thought of making a flower crochet crown! :D I thought of this idea from another idea I had, which was to make a flower bracelet out of crochet and then it got me thinking, why not make one as a flower crown?!

So I started googling to see if anyone came up with that idea, and sadly they have! :/

But I don't care, I'm still gonna do it, at least make a attempt at it! ;D

Here are some images I saw on google last night :)

Cute & different aren't they? :)

What do you guys think about flower crowns? or crochet flower crowns?

Hi everyone!

Here is my first ever product review video for Born Pretty Store, hope you'll like it! :D

I was using:

White Nail Polish in French White

Bad Badtz Maru Water Decal

Forever 21 Top Coat

If you guys want to purchase anything from their online store, you get a 10% off code, NNAW10 site wide! :D

*Disclosure: I was asked through youtube if I wanted to do a product review, because they liked my nail art videos, so I agreed. I was NOT paid to do this post nor the video, the only thing I got was the Bad Badtz Maru sent to me for free, and ALL of my opinions are of my own. :)

♥Eliza

I never got to show you guys what I bought last month, so I figured I would show it in this post for Wednesday Lovin, because, I still very much love my new sunnies that I got from Forever 21! :D ♥
Initially I wanted to get 1 pair of sunnies, like a plain one so I can do a diy for it, buuuut, that didn't happen, because once I saw the trendy sunnies I was like... *GASP*! OMGOD :O!!! "Ooooo I LIKE THIS ONE! OH I LIKE THAT ONE! OMGOD ROUND SUNNIES, I LOVE!"
I started going crazy and tried on every sunnie that caught my eye. And when I was in that craze, I totally forgot about my plan, that I ended up wanting to buy 3 sunnies that I completely fell in love with! I just could not pick 1 from the 3 to buy, I was so sad, that I was like...you know what? Fuck it, I'm getting all 3 of them! Plus, I don't have any sunnies and I don't buy accessories that much for myself, so now's the chance!
I REGRET NOTHING! :D

So it FIIIINALLLY CAME!!!  :D
My first water decal nail art of Badtz Maru!!! :D
♥
I was sent a message through youtube from Born Pretty Store, and was asked if I wanted to do a product review, because they saw that I had some nail art tutorials on my channel, and I was like SURE! :D
I looooove nail art sooo much, and was SUPER SHOCKED & SURPRISED that I was asked to do a product review! I was given a link to go to and pick out a product of my choice to receive and review about. So I chose a water decal of Badtz Maru, and I was attracted to it, because...well first of all, Badtz Maru, he's sooo cuuuute, I loved the images, it's playful and loved the colorful shapes, because it reminded me of POP ART! I felt, there's a lot I can do with this water decal, I can do pop art nail art to black and white nail art! :D  I love products where I can do like a variety of things with, you know? :D
♥
So I will be doing a product review video on this, pretty sooon, kinda nervous! lol ^^'

Who loves Badtz maru?! :)

♥Eliza

Hi guys! :)

Do you remember my Betsey Johnson illustration post I did few months back?

And I said I'll update you on what I did with it, by screen printing?

Well, here it is! :D

I screen printed the purple dress onto a wood, and it's a 3 color screen print, dark purple, mid-tone purple, and a light shade purple/pinkish. This was my first time screen printing, and boy, it looked easy, but I screwed up several times working on my wood piece. I first put too much ink that it transferred like a blob of ink onto the wood -.-.  I had a nice classmate help me out, so thankful for his help, it was very sweet of him! On the hightlight part of the dress, I did it on my own and it came out nice, expect as you can see the image got moved :/ so you can see the yellow paint of the wood. I really don't like the wood piece, lol, but my teacher actually did?! He gave me a B! *Shocking!* But I'll take it ;) lol

I realllllly love the paper version, it came out sooo much nicer than the wood piece, and this wasn't an assignment, it was just like for us to have a print of our work. My teacher actually gave me this paper (such nice quality) to put my dress print on it, because I didn't have any paper. He really liked the paper version too and so did some of my classmates and I'm so happy, because my teacher submitted my paper screen printed dress to the student illustration show at my school, and it got in! :D So cool, it was awesome seeing my work up on the wall in the illustration show! :D
