My Spring Wish Closet!

Hey guys! I finallllly got some free time to blog, yayyy! I've been busy with school, like I have never ever experienced such a busy life, to the point of not having time to watch some tv, txt/call my close friends and I get little sleep too! >.< I'm always busy completing my art projects, though I am on instagram a looot, it's just fast and easy access, and you guys can see my art projects on there, see what I'm up too, if you're interested :)

But enough of that! Lets talk SPRING shall we?! :D
I put this polyvore set in February, because I couldn't wait for consistent warmer days lol, and couldn't wait to wear summerish, colorful, light weight, fun clothes, and a few things I am craving, wanting, needing and wishing for!
My Spring Wish Closet!
1. Wedge Sneakers - Every since the Isabel Marant wedge sneaks came out, I have been in love with them  and want to own a wedge sneaker! I know I won't ever have the Isabel Marant sneaks, so I want a sneaker that's pretty close to the original sneaker. I've seen a lot of wedge sneakers, since last fall, and well, I don't like most of them, because they all look so girlish, I want a wedge sneaker that really gives off that tomboyish look/feel, you know? So, THANKFULLY, I found a few sneakers online, while doing some obsessive research one late night, lol, that look pretty close to the Isabel Marant sneaks and I'd love to have one of the shoes, sooon....I hope! Here are my choices, Candie's (want this one!!!!), loooove the Steve Madden version and this one is pretty cool by Heart Soul Iona Wedge Sneaker Oh and mind you guys, I have never ever bought a knock off, this would be my first time, if I got the similar wedge sneaks.

2. Sheer Button-downs -Button downs, button downs! I can't get enough of them, and I need some nice ones for like whenever I go somewhere that I need to look somewhat formal. And I have been wanting sheer button downs since last summer, I just love sheer, so feminine :)
From Left to Right :  Sleeveless blouse, Long Sleeve blouse (sadly it's sold out, here's a similar one), V-neck Blouse, 3/4 Sleeve Blouse

3. Chambray Button-downs - Mooore button downs! :D These are a STAPLE in my closet! They're def. a need, because I've loved them as a teenager, and still love them to this day! They're just so practical, and you can wear them in so many ways, you can wear them for all seasons, they're layer-able annnnd, they're just awesome! lol I mean really, they save me from the days of, "I-don't-know-what-to-wear!"
From Left to Right: Light Wash Denim Shirt, Dark Wash Denim Shirt Sleeveless Denim shirtCheckered Mint Green Shirt (My mom surprised me the other day and she bought me the pink version, pink or green, I'm happy either way, the pink is pretty cute and I can't wait to wear it! :D Thanks mom )

4. Flats -  I still want and need flats :/ I need them in black, red and a nice tan/brown color, just so I can wear it with almost anything in my closet. :)
               a. Tory Burch (Similar, Similar, Similar)
               c. Steve Madden (SimilarSimilar, SimilarSimilar, These are cute)
               d. Luxury Rebel  (Similar, Similar, Similar)
               e. Frye (Similar, Similar, Similar, Similar, Similar, Similar)

5. Bags - Love these bags, but I don't really want them, thought, I'd like to own a messenger bag, but for school :)
Left to RightPoppie Jones Belted Flap Mini Shoulder Bag(Sadly it's sold out!)
Minnetonka El Paso Cross Body Bag
Lauren Ralph Lauren (Sadly this too is sold out :/ )

And the rest are for decorative reasons, because I dream of owning a closet like this, in a boutique style, so I had fun and enjoyed making this set, and would like to make more of these in the future! :D OH! And speaking of closets.....I want to share with you guys a pretty awesome virtual closet app in the next few posts, I don't know when I'll do the post, because I rarely have free time, but I hope soon! :)

Hope you guys enjoyed this post, as I enjoyed makin it! :)

NIY: VDAY TUTORIAL ♥

VDAY NAILS photo VDAYNAILStransparent_zps0e109f98.jpg

 photo vday2ndnailslastone_zps7f366028.jpg

So there's a story behind the making of this vday nail art. I originally had another idea, I actually had 2 vday nail art ideas, buuut, thanks to my nail polishes, they're all dying out on me, that I couldn't use them in the video. They were all sticky, mushy, you know not smooth. So all the vday nail ideas I had, I was unable to do, and I pretty much had to change my ideas like 3 times, and I was sooo frustrated! >.<  So Anna suggested why not do the newspaper nail art, and after awhile I finally gave in on the idea of newspaper vday nail art. So I got excited again, knowing there's another plan! But, unfortunately Anna forgot where she put the rubbing alcohol, and I was back on being bummed out/frustrated. But Anna experimented with the nail polish remover, and after several minutes she showed me the newspaper print on her nails, and I was like :O!!! OMGOD YOU DID IT?! And she told me that using the nail polish remover really works, but in ANOTHER WAY

So, I got happy, and I already had in mind of how my newspaper nail art was going to be and well...the rest was history! ;)  While we were doing the video and taking breaks in between for my nails to dry, we cracked up jokes about the situation of using nail polish remover, and I said to Anna, "Poor girls way to do newspaper nail art, if you don't have rubbing alcohol use nail polish remover!" LOL & she said, "Real artists improvise" LOL :D So true!  :D

So that's pretty much the story of how this idea nail art became to be. :)

So it's the new year, the first week of 2013, and what better way than to start the yr off with my VERY FIRST GIVEAWAY! YAY! :D I will be giving away a pear ring by London Manori to one lucky winner! It's sterling silver with black rhodium, a champagne CZ stone, and the value of this ring is $105.00 and it comes in the sizes of, 6, 7, or 8. :)

(And if you guys follow my blog, you might have seen 2 posts I did, featuring London Manori crystal pendants that I bought myself around last November, here and here)

I'm actually a intern for London Manori, and started interning last week, and Aneela Manori (the owner) decided to let me do a giveaway on my blog, to giveaway one of her jewelry pieces and she let me pick and I choose this ring. :) I love this ring, I love the fact that the ring band is black, just something different than you know silver or gold. Plus, I love how the champagne color of the stone goes nicely with the black band, I think it's eye catching. I also feel that you can dress it up or dress it down with this ring, it will look really cute with a little black dress and even with a casual outfit. :)

Happy New Years!!! :D

I reallly loove all 3 looks, but my fav's are between the gold and the black(left). I'd want a mixture of those two dresses as one dress and for the color to be silver sequences. And since I am a shy person, the plunging neckline is waaaay to open for me and I'd want it to be more closed. ^^

I wanted to put together a NYE look that I dream to wear, either to a rave or a nice cool party place, and the only thing I dream to wear is a silver sequin dress! I dreamed of going for a sparkly, edgy look, and all that came to mind was, BALMAIN! I looooved the dresses from Fall 2010 ready to wear collection. They're hot, bold, edgy and sparkly! And it's the perfect look I think to ring in 2013, if I were going somewhere and of course if I had the $$$$$$ for a Balmain dress ;) lol.

HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEARS
And if I were going to a rave, this is what I'd wear, something comfortable, cool, but still wanting sparkle in my outfit. :D  And isn't that sweater perfect?! LOL, I LOOOOOVE IT!!! Urban Outfitters thinks of everything!

Sweater - Urban Outfitters
Peplum Skirt - Missguided
Wedges - Urban Outfitters
Clutch - Nelly

Now, I can't end this post without adding my fav songs of 2012

I LOOOOVE THESE 2 SONGS, def my fav of 2012!
I listened to them almost everyday, both of them are beautiful, uplifting for me, and energetic. :D
And I wish I can soo badly be in Madeon, The City music video, LOOOKS SOO MUCH FUN! I know being hit by those powdered things actually hurts, buuut running around covered in colorful powder, is JUST FUN! The video is sooo moving for me, it just gives me the feeling of youthfulness and like no care int he world. I just love how it looks like a war between to groups of people, but at the end it seems everyone's just having fun, and there's color flying everywhere, just sooo beautiful, make art not war. ;)

Anyways, I wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013!!!

I hope 2013 will be a positive year for me, I hope good things will come/happen and I just hope that things will finally be lookin up! :)

Merry Christmas Song + Christmas Nails!

Just wanted to share a nice Christmas song with you guys.
It's really cool and modern, it's trance and a bit techno, it's reallly nice, and I think beautiful, and love the females vocals. :)

Hope everyone is having a Merry Merry Christmas! :D

Every time I look at my glittered nails, they remind me of sour gummy worms/bears or just really sugary candy. It's quiet evil actually, as I'm such a sweetaholic. -.- lol

Doesn't it look like sugary nails?

From Left to Right- Professional Nail Care Base Coat
Santee Plus in Angel Red M16
Santee Plus in White M32
Red Corundum (Martha Stewart glitter)
Carrara Marble (Martha Stewart glitter)

Just a quick update, to show you guys my Christmas nails I did yesterday. I suddenly had an urge to do Christmas nails and get alll glittery. :D This was really fun and easy to do, just apply base coat, apply a solid color either in red or white as the first layer, and while the polish is wet, dip your nails in glitter! :D And then with a paint brush, just dust away the leftovers, or the loose glitter off your nails/fingers. And then apply top coat, and that's pretty much it! :D
